The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the historic area, with many sights within walking distance. the free bike rental was a great way to see the city. the breakfast had all the essentials and the freshly-made eggs were delicious. the staff were always very friendly and helpful.
The pillow was not as comfortable as I would have liked. the TV setup was a bit confusing and took some time to figure out.

Located in the heart of this charming Italian city, our accommodation is just a few steps away from all the attractions. Although cars are not allowed, the hotel is easily accessible by foot, public transport or by bike, with a rental service readily available. Inside, the rooms are well-furnished, clean and comfortable, with modern amenities and good-sized bathrooms. Service is friendly and welcoming, and the included breakfast offers tasty and freshly made, locally produced products. We particularly enjoyed the free bike rental, which was great for exploring the city.
The hotel's narrow access roads may take some getting used to for drivers unfamiliar with the area.

The breakfast was decent, with a variety of food available. The location of the hotel was great, just a few minutes' walk from the city center and all its attractions. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We also appreciated that the hotel offered bicycle rentals for exploring the city.
The hotel room was quite small and cramped. We found it difficult to move around comfortably with our luggage in the room.
